This app only works half the time. it has the option for finger print but it will only work when I use use the password first. I submit payments that I receive email confirmation for that still don't go through. I'm going to start doing everything by mail because this app is horrible!
Outage map crashes with error name not resolved. The rest of the app seems to work okay.
Does not save fingerprint login despite having the functionality to do so. You would think a company that has such egregious fees would have the funds for a fully functional app.
I always have a hard time signing in
Been using the app for a very long time. Haven't had any issues except for one and it's very persistent. Rocky mountain power. Why bother having the option to login to my account if you ask for the damn password each time. I keep getting the "please login to use biometrics" or something like that message every time. Please allow fingerprints without passwords please.
Never remembers my password or finger print. This app is a waste of space
I only need this app once a month to check my electricity bill and they update their security policies every 30 days so every 30 days I have to change my password and every time I change my password it always errors me logging in on the app, I have this issue every 30 days and do not recommend using this app because it kicks you out every single time and makes you change your password. My phone is encrypted for other reasons and it still does this.
Can't even sign into this app. Always gives me an error
What is the point of using the fingerprint login if it just expires before the next time you log in?
Login is always a problem... Biometrics never work and I'm constantly having to reset my login.
